In request of Google Play to providing privacy policy due to asking for user data permissions:
All the permissions are used for third party apps (such as libgdx, admob, google game services) and all the user data handling is in their side and their corresponding privacy policies shoudl be checked.
The apps themselves, they do not handle user data in any way nor they store it in any form (apart from the third party libraries store policies).
